The content on this site is also exclusive to our paying members, therefore it is not to be re-distributed. That’s why we have an affiliate program. If it is brought to our attention that someone is sharing the graphics, posts, or content for others to use, they will be removed and payment will be cancelled for the months to follow.

This site is operated as a service to Young Living Independent Distributors. You may download the content only if you are a paid monthly or annual subscriber, or if the material is specifically noted as free for non-subscribers also. The content may not be otherwise copied and may not be modified unless adding your member information or logo. You assume full responsibility for the distribution and use of this information.
USE OF SITE AND SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE
Spruce Social is not responsible if the information made available through the site or subscription service is not accurate, complete, or current. We reserve the right to alter the items included in the subscription, delivery of contents, methods for access, or terms and conditions. Graphics, images, and stock photos may only be downloaded and used by active paid monthly or annual subscribers to Spruce Social. Subscriptions are automatically renewed on the period selected by the subscriber (monthly/annually). By using this site and/or making a purchase on this site, the user opts into receiving email campaigns from Spruce Social. Users can unsubscribe from these emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email contacting hello@sprucesocial.com
MONTHLY GRAPHICS
Subscribers may not alter graphics in any way that would REMOVE information. Subscribers may add to the image as long as it does not alter the intent or message of the graphic. Example: a subscriber may add their own logo and website. Monthly graphics are posted on a dedicated page and will remain there as long as the current monthly promo is relevant. Please download all graphics prior to the 15th of the following month. Requests for prior months’ graphics cannot be honored.
STOCK PHOTOS
The intent of the Lifestyle Photos section of the site is to provide images for subscribers to make their own graphics utilizing them. Users may download them and create their own graphics. Spruce Social LLC takes no liability on the content, accuracy, or compliance regarding any graphic or image made using Spruce Social’s stock photographs. Spruce Social’s stock photos may not be posted, shared, or printed AS-IS. The user must alter the photograph in some way to create their own graphic or image. Un-personalized/unaltered stock photos found online will be considered a copyright infringement and must be immediately removed. Spruce Social’s stock photos may not be shared unaltered. This includes sharing within teams or with other members. Any violation of these terms will result in immediate cancellation of your membership and potential legal recourse. Spruce Social Stock Photos may not be used in publications, graphics, or materials created or intended for re-sale.
TUTORIALS AND NEWSLETTERS
Tutorials and Newsletters may or may not be posted for subscription services in regular intervals. Contents and publication timeframes are at the discretion of Spruce Social.
CANCELLATION OF SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES
Cancellations may be made at any time through the ACCOUNT portion of the site. Upon cancellation, you will no longer be able to access any of the subscription areas of the site. Proration of monthly or annual subscription fees is not allowed. Please contact customer service with any payment disputes or questions.
REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS
All print and digital sales are final and requests for refunds will not be granted. Annual subscribers may request a cancellation and refund within 10 days after the automatic renewal. Spruce Social cannot issue refunds for reactivated subscriptions.
PRINTED MATERIALS
Printed materials utilizing Young Living’s trademarks are produced and sold with the express written permission of Young Living. All sales are final and refunds or cancellation are not allowed once the order has shipped. If an order has not shipped, requests for cancellations and refunds may be made upon request and are at the discretion of Spruce Social.
SHIPPING
Refunds and replacements WILL NOT be authorized if you provide an incorrect shipping address. Please check and double check the shipping address that you provide for your order. Spruce Social will ship orders that are placed Monday through Friday before 12pm Central Time on the same day. Orders that are placed between Friday afternoon after 12pm CT and Monday morning will be shipped on Monday.
TRADEMARKS
This site features logos and trademarks and service marks that are the property of or are licensed to Young Living and are used by permission under an executed Trademark agreement. The trademarks are the property of their owner, and you agree not to use or display them in any manner without the prior written permission of the applicable trademark owner.
DISCLAIMERS AND WARRANTIES
USE OF THIS SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SITE, GRAPHICS, PRINTED MATERIALS AND THE INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.
